The New Milks

I have taught cooking extensively, both via private and group classes, and lectured for dozens of groups. Please sign up for my The New Milks-inspired classes at The Natural Gourmet Institute (Sunday, July 24, 1-4:30 pm) and The Institute of Culinary Education (Sunday, August 7, 10 am-2 pm), both in Manhattan! Although both classes will be vegan and dairy-free and based on my forthcoming book, The New Milks, the recipes I'll be teaching will be different.
